WARRANTY POLICY

Applies to all service Performed by MBC Mobile Mechanic Services
Labor Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All labor performed by MBC Mobile Mechanic Services is covered if repair fails within 90 days period. We will re-perform the labor at no cost to you.
Parts Warranty
We honor the manufacturer's parts warranty (typically 12 months, depending on the supplier) on all parts that we installed.
If a parts fails due to manufacture defect:
-Within 90 days of original service: we will replace the part and performed service free of charge.
-After 90 days: We will assist in replacing the part under manufacturer's warranty; however, labor will be charge.
Customer-Supplied Parts 
We do not provide any warranty on customer-supplied parts. in event of part failure, labor to replace or re install will be charge.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
-Failure due to misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect
-Normal wear-and-tear components (e.g., brake pads, filters, fluids)
-Diagnostic-only visit
-Repairs affected by unrelated vehicle issues

WE WILL ARRANGE AN INSPECTION TO DETERMINE IF THE ISSUE QUALIFIES UNDER OUR WARRANTY POLICY.
